Much of our wild coconut tree population has been poisoned by the state of Hawai'i in an effort to control the spread of the Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle (CRB), making many coconuts inedible and putting native pollinators at risk.

In quiet pockets across the islands, powerful, medicinal coconut trees still survive. Untouched, unfertilized, and often overgrown.

At Space Harvest, we work in partnership with local organic farms to harvest these wild coconuts, glass bottle the coconut water fresh, and reinvest in the health of the trees. Every jar of Niu Water helps reduce the cost of tree care and funds all-natural CRB prevention, keeping our vital trees healthy, productive, and safe.
